- "I have had the pleasure of employing Mr. Eveland's talents for the last several years. He is easy to work with and very conscious of getting an arrangement exactly as desired. I am very picky about that and Dennis never expressed frustration or resistance to my vision. Mr. Eveland always delivers on time and is always willing to make adjustments if needed for your ensemble. He will also work with your percussion arrangers to successfully coordinate the desired product. Whether you are looking for full customization of arrangements or a pre-constructed one, Dennis Eveland is a great investment and very affordable."

Colorguard Instructor"Dennis Eveland has been writing our marching band shows for almost a decade now. He started writing for our High School marching band when I was the assistant, but when it was my turn to take lead of the high school band, I didn't even hesitate on whether I would continue to use Dennis or not. He is a great writer. He has been able to arrange any song that I've asked for and make it playable for our smaller groups. He is also so great to work with. If I've needed something changed to make it shorter, longer, add a percussion break, etc, he has always been so happy to do whatever has been asked and does it very quickly. I would recommend Dennis to anyone looking for a great marching band arranger, and I will be continuing to use him each season!"kitty deloach

I had the honor of watching Dennis grow and mature during my tenure as the Wind Band Director at Western Illinois University. Since that time, I have watched Dennis mature and grow as a band director, and composer. I was also deeply impressed when Dennis wrote a wonderful composition in my honor. After performing it with the Texas All-State Honor Band, I realized the great talent that Dennis possesses. I now use the work for many of my guest programs. Having worked for several years with all ages of student musicians, Dennis uses those experiences to shape each composition that he composes. I respect Dennis as a composer, musician, and friend. His musical ideas are fresh, engaging, and praised all over the world. I strongly advise you to consider Dennis’ works for your ensembles. "Dennis L. - "Dennis Eveland is a superb arranger and composer for both marching and wind band. Dennis arranged an outstanding show for our 2015 season. Not only did his arrangements offer pin-point accurate representation of the original tunes, but also challenged my students both technically and musically. In addition, Dennis has also done an incredible job writing drill for my group. He is great to work with and offers flexibility in his writing to accommodate the ensemble. Not only does he include the drill charts with his package, but individual coordinates for each member and videos synced with the music for reference as well. I am glad to have been introduced to his music and his skills as a drill writer. I look forward to a great relationship working together for years to come."

Cleburne County "Marching Tiger" Band Heflin, Al."I had the pleasure of being introduced to Mr. Eveland’s arrangements this summer. Before turning to drill design full time, I had been a high school band director in Kentucky, Texas, and Indiana. Oftentimes, the music will dictate the flow and function of the designs I create for my clients. Mr. Eveland’s arrangements are among the best I have seen and, perhaps best of all, his work arrives at a blistering pace, free of errors, and smartly composed harmonically and structurally. I can say with complete honesty, I enjoyed creating drill to his arrangements and that, at times, is a blessing all around. Take the time to peruse his work! Music is, at the end of the day, the most important thing and Dennis knows his business"gordon couch

"Dennis Eveland has been a joy to work with. When I decided to do a commissioned work for my 7th and 8th grade concert band, I wanted to make sure that I would be working with a flexible individual who would understand and account for some of the unique instrumentation issues so often encountered in middle school band. Not only did Dennis understand and factor in all of my bands specific needs, he was able to put to paper exactly what I had envisioned a..t a speed that I could only describe as rapid! The multi-movement work I ordered, entitled Perseverance, has been a pleasure to prepare. My students enjoy it and are totally invested, not only in the music, but in the meaning behind it. I cannot recommend Dennis Eveland's music more highly. The man and the music are truly wonderful!"

“I have had the honor with working with Mr. Eveland for many years as a student of his and as a fellow music educator. Mr. Eveland’s compositions are very much written for the student in mind in all age levels. His works are fun and extremely enjoyable for the students and director no matter if it is a beginner piece for the student’s first concert or a high school region band performance. His arrangements are delivered in a great timely manner and he is willing to work with you and your students to get the best possible performance from them with your musical vision in mind. I love that when I do score study on his pieces they are true to the grade level that I selected and feel pedagogically sound when I teach the piece to my students. I highly recommend Dennis Eveland’s music for any musical group. He is extremely professional, affordable and is a great investment to your program.”
